22mm x 100cm aluminum sweeping rod with stainless steel couplings

These 22mm poles are made of hollow aluminum and are riveted to the fittings at both ends for maximum strength. The steel is heat-treated for added strength and durability, and double-coated for optimal corrosion resistance .

Combined with the 22mm polypropylene rods, these rods perform excellently in a large fireplace opening ( inglenook ). The combination of materials makes the whole thing lightweight yet very rigid, ideal for working in wide flues.
