8mm x 90cm nylon sweeping rod with stainless steel couplings

The 8mm Solid Nylon Liner Rods are designed for maximum reliability and durability. Each rod is quadruple crimped at both ends, ensuring extra-tight fit. The ferrules are made of solid stainless steel , fully corrosion-resistant, and feature double locking knobs for optimal security—unlike aluminum fittings, which can corrode when used in solid fuel flues.

These poles are extremely flexible , making them perfect for tight turns and flutes from 3" to 6" . Ideal for:

• multifuel flues

• oil and gas flues

• biomass channels

• duct cleaning applications

Each pole is 90 cm long. This is a deliberate choice: thinner poles of greater length lose their stiffness, which can lead to liner slap, increased stress, and ultimately breakage. Extensive testing has shown that a shorter, slightly stiffer, yet still very flexible pole delivers the best performance. This allows you to maneuver effortlessly through 90° turns with maximum control and minimal wear.
